Welcome to the Teamwork Sharks Nomination Process for the Houston CPA Society Spring Accounting Expo on May 19, 2015.
Complete the following brief questionnaire to nominate yourself (and your team) to be a finalist for the Teamwork Sharks™ session at the Expo. Finalists will make a brief presentation at the session about their team and the business opportunity available if they improve how they work together as a team.
If you will not be able to finish the questionnaire within 60 minutes, please utilize the "Save and Continue Later" button (after you complete the page you are working on).
The deadline for submitting a nomination is Friday, April 17, 2015.
After you present, if you and your team are selected as the "winner", then you and your team will be awarded with the Teamwork Sharks Tooth Award and a complimentary, facilitated half day session to help your team in achieving its goals.
